We know that not every purchase will work and returns are necessary. We will accept returns for store credit only if received within 14 days of the ship date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains from makeup or deodorant, smoke and perfume free, and must have all original tags.
Shoes must be returned with their original shoe box without damage to the box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box (no shipping labels on the outside of the shoe box will be excepted).
Return shipping is the customers responsibility. We highly recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost and do not arrive. The original receipt must accompany the returned items.
Store Credit will be processed within 7 days of receiving.
Any items sent back to us that are not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back to customer at their expense.

We check all items for damage or defect before shipping, however we are human. In the event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or you believe an item is missing from your package, please let us know immediately. Do not wear the item with the damage or defect. Send a picture of the damage/defect within 3 days of receiving your order at email@example.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased online between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns must comply with our return policy and will be issued exchange or store credit only. January 12th will be the last day for exchange or store credit for Christmas gifts. Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales are final.
